Les Stewart is Co-Owner and Chief Brewing Officer at Trophy Brewing Co. He has been with Trophy since he joined as the lone brewing staff in 2012 when the company operated as a brewpub with a 3 barrel system brewing and has overseen the growth to its current incarnation as a self-distributing microbrewery that covers the Triangle and produces around 5000 bbls a year. In recent years the brewery has expanded it's production focus to include distilled spirits and thc seltzer.
