The 2026 NCCBC Trade Expo is held in conjunction with the annual NC Craft Brewers Conference. Don't miss your chance to participate in the Southeast's largest craft beer industry trade show!
Check out our trade expo map and register your booth today! Vendor registration is open exclusively to Allied members of the Guild. Booth spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registrants are able to choose priority booth placement, maximizing your visibility and traffic during the show. Booth space is limited and registration closes October 30, 2026.

Exhibitor Details
Each booth registration includes:
10 ft. x 10 ft. or 10 ft. x 20 ft. exhibit space
One (1) 6-ft draped table and two (2) chairs
One (1) full conference registration badge
Company listing in the official conference program
Access to Wi-Fi and standard electrical hookup (additional fee)
Set-Up: Sunday, Nov. 15, 12:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Welcome Reception: Sunday, Nov. 15, 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Open Floor Hours: Monday, Nov. 16, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Breakdown: Monday, Nov. 16, 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm and Tuesday, Nov. 17, 7:00 am - 10:00 am. Early Breakdown is NOT Allowed.
Heads up: each booth includes ONE full conference registration. If more than one person from your company attends, additional attendees must register separately. Conference attendee registration opens September 1st.
