Jeff Schenk, Founder, Flatt Rock Cider Company
Jeff Schenk has been in the beverage business for over 40 years, with Gallo Wine and PepsiCo before starting his consulting business, Beverage Builders, in 1994 to help restaurants with their beverage strategy. He began investing in restaurants 25 years ago, including The Mash House Brewery and Restaurant. He is part of Tribeca Hospitality, which owns Tribeca Tavern, Bounty Brewery, Kitchen and Tap along with 2 butcher shops. Additionally, he started Flat Rock Cider Company in 2018 with a great team, an “Orchard to the Glass” cider business based in Flat Rock that buys and presses 100% NC apples for their brands.
