Exit Strategies for Brewery Owners
This session will focus on exit strategies for owners of breweries with annual revenues between $800,000 and $3,000,000. Specifically, the session will focus on the legal aspects of selling or transferring brewery ownership. More often than not, breweries have one or two owners who are actually the “artist” and the “brewer.” The creator of fabulous beers of all types. And then they have one or more owners who are the “money” or maybe more of taproom/public facing role. Regardless, the goals, values, and ideas for direction among business owners can differ and result in issues. This session focuses on exit strategies for brewery owners, specifically the legal and practical considerations involved in selling or transferring ownership of a brewery.
