Alex Titov dedicated his whole professional career to brewing. He is a graduated specialist with 15 years of experience in both industry and craft breweries. He believes that brewing is one of the most technologically advanced and science-intensive industries, and his abilities in organic chemistry and microbiology helped him a lot on the way to becoming a qualified brewer. He joined the Lallemand Brewing Team as a Technical Sales Manager in 2021.
