Adam Cranford, Head Brewer, Lost Province Brewing Company

Adam Cranford is the Head Brewer at Lost Province Brewing Co., located in Boone, NC. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2012, Adam returned to his hometown of Murphy and took a job at a local vineyard. After getting his feet wet in fermentation, Adam moved on to brewing in 2018 with stops at Valley River Brewery, Left Hand Brewing, and Coors before settling back in NC at Lost Province. In his 7.5 years in the brewing industry, he has held the positions of assistant brewer, lead brewer, barrel program manager, and cellar specialist while working on brew systems ranging from 1bbl to production systems capable of producing 22 million bbl per year.
